All orders will incur a $6.95 freight charge Nationwide. Delivery will be between 3 and 5 working Days.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us by phoning (09) 838 5147 or email within 14 Days of the date of your invoice. With the exception of items purchased in especially for you. These items are non refundable.

You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging. All items must be un-opened unless they are faulty.

We will refund you the product only, by the same method that you paid for your purchase. Freight will only be refunded where the product is faulty or arrived damaged.

Your refund is not guaranteed until we receive the product, and deemed it to be in Saleable condition
